As you are aware as our tenant, you may deposit at any Bank of America branch of your closest convenience using our account number if local payment and deposit at branch is preferred. If you prefer an electronic invoice, we may also send you an invoice via Intuit Quickbooks and you may pay using a credit or debit card. Please send us a request and we will send you an invoice you are able to pay immediately using a credit card, this however has a 3.4% cost to you.
We also offer Zelle and this service is free of charges to you as well as to us - please make payment to:
and it will be received and posted accordingly into your account ledger. please always notify us of a payment being made so that we may account for it promptly and efficiently.
We encourage you to use online payment options as it provides a faster method of confirmation and receipt that will allow you to keep proper accountability of your lease dues with minimal effort.
